both to be sure

but what was this entire reiterative offshoot discussion about

claves if by land but not if by sea this time around
& well but what exactly do we mean by if by
etc etc

ok but we could streamline & simplify it & all subsequent
reiterations by just realizing once & for all that things & their
shapes are by nature & very commonly either continuous or
discontinuous
& only in very rare really interesting cases like jungholz are they
both at once

indeed thats the only situation where punctology enters into clavology
or of course if a clave happens to have a gratuitous tripoint like
cabinda
but otherwise this discussion is another try of sorts & so to that
extent it sorta fits in here but it is not about pointing at all

oh yes & remember too you may or may not be counting water as real
estate in your tries depending on your taste
but water is really just as real as dry land
again speaking punctologically at least
