those of you with more insight than myself please let me know if <br/>
during my european vacation this summer i should go out of my way to <br/>
visit gibraltar before it&#39;s too late.  i hope to visit baarle, <br/>
campione d&#39;italia, and perhaps busingen in august.  if many of you <br/>
think that gibraltar could be changing status i could perhaps take a <br/>
very quick out of the way trip down from zurich.  i&#39;m sorry that i <br/>
couldn&#39;t have visited hong kong before the handover, i sure don&#39;t <br/>
want to miss out again!<br/>
