Pls mark me down for a copy - if you wnt funds in advance to defray <br/>
costs when the bills come, let me know.  I never did send funds for <br/>
the color cooch  behar map, but still want one - is that the same one <br/>
which will be bound into the thesis document? What will become of the <br/>
info on the other enclaves?  Will it not be published as a scholarly <br/>
document?<br/>
