in reverse chronological order from the most recent to the most ancient with <br/>

many of which postdate the 1976 bus&ss & the pertinent topo quads<br/>

so if you just try the first link there for example you will be given the <br/>
latest decision of the court & will thus be transported directly to the <br/>
piscataqua river for it<br/>
yesss<br/>
& the most recent menh decision pronounced upon it just there<br/>
but you will also get steered to all the earlier menh decisions<br/>
namely links number 42 & 48 in this list<br/>
which established the temporary & present position of absolute mes&nhe upon <br/>
the breakwater at the end of the inner gosport harbor in the isle of shoals<br/>
& apparently left them hanging there albeit for still unknown reasons 3nm <br/>
shy of the federal territorial seas & thus 3nm shy also of the predictable <br/>
prolongation of menh to a terminus at menhus in accordance with the <br/>
submerged lands act etc<br/>
as you can then also see in map form by dialing up gosport nh at topozone & <br/>
studying menh on all 4 scales there<br/>

but just being able to put all that together & study the remaining data gap <br/>
is of course an enormous help toward ultimately resolving both the mes&nhe <br/>
question & the menhus question<br/>

if you are searching for a particular topic such as mnndsd for example then <br/>
you can simply scan the list & see that the court at least has never ruled <br/>
on any of the 3 interstate boundaries that terminate there at mnndsd<br/>
& thus can conclude that if any change has occurred in the mnndsd position <br/>
since its creation it would have had to have been approved by the only other <br/>
possible means of ratification<br/>
namely the federal congress<br/>
whose acts btw may or may not yet also be available in such a format on line<br/>
for i dont know about that<br/>

but having even only the court decisions finally accessible this way still <br/>
represents a distinct help to the seeker in the narrowing of the data gap<br/>
& it is at least my guess that the full online texts of the missing <br/>
congressional acts couldnt be far behind those of the court<br/>
thus closing any remaining data gap entirely<br/>
