Well, I have now bought a few 1:50 000 maps, of the ZA-tripoints, other
parts of the borders and Cape Agulhas.

And is Cape Agulgas = E20 = most southern point of Africa?

The map DO show a few more southern dry land points than E20. But saying
that, I must add there is heavy competition, and I think things change alot
during tides. The water was far easier accesible when I was there 3 years
ago.

Conclusion: If Cape Agulhas is an area rather than a point then it is the
most southern point. If they hadn't placed the monument on E20, but +/-20
meters it would still mark the most southern point. And as we have discussed
earlier about extreme points (like Nordkap or Grenen, DK) other people are
not as accurate as us (or me). Infact they might be happy being deceived.

Unfortunately I will return back North on Tuesday.
