are you thinking that just because these countries have agreed territorial sea boundaries departing from the coast at some other than perpendicular angle & again because eez equidistance lines arent normally projected thru an overhanging corner of territorial sea as we were just also discussing re anguilla & st martin that there must therefore necessarily be a gap between these south american eezs<br/>

& are you thinking that the territorial seas will be able to hew to the agreed lines without producing a gap all the way out to 12nm from the coastal baselines but that rather than a jog occurring in the boundary at that point toward the equidistance line an unclaimed & unclaimable gap of high seas will begin to open up just there between the further projections seaward of the territorial sea boundary & the equidistance line<br/>

& are you also thinking that this is not the case however with the peru ecuador boundary for example which also appears to have been agreed somewhat the same way<br/>
