Speaking of Gibraltar, according to CNN new talks were held, see

Spain won't give up its claim of sovereignty over Gibraltar, while
Britain wants to hold a referendum (Probably because they know that
most Gibraltarians (?) want to remain with GB). Of course it would
also be interesting if they opted for independence, creating a new
microstate in Europe...
