but that is the easy part<br/>

i just dont know if a nautical mile is equal to exactly 6076 feet<br/>
<br/>
or 6077 feet 3 inches & 36 hundredths<br/>
<br/>
or some other value<br/>
<br/>
  which creates nearly a 4 foot difference<br/>
<br/>
nor the correct trig to plug this correct number into<br/>
<br/>
<br/>
<br/>
& would be most grateful for definitive answers to these questions<br/>
