for the first time the maritime boundary of the state of california<br/>
<br/>
it fails utterly not only by showing the boundary at a distance of 12nm from <br/>
the coast rather than 3nm<br/>
but also by neglecting to surround the channel islands with any maritime <br/>
territory at all<br/>
<br/>
i am fairly sure aaa has never tried this before for california<br/>
nor for any other state<br/>
nor is any other state than california so treated in this edition<br/>
<br/>
i know aaa is often a bit sketchy about the back roads<br/>
but what could possibly have occurred to produce such an extravagant blunder<br/>
