parties party i wish to congratulate nielsen border entertainment for the <br/>
excellent programming<br/>

what i dont understand about this 1987 map is<br/>
the befrlu tripoint seems to be depicted at the confluence of 2 watercourses<br/>
a confluence which your other informant indicates was altered in the 1970s<br/>
<br/>
the map apparently ignores this alteration<br/>
since it still shows the tripoint at the confluence<br/>
<br/>
but as we know or believe we know from your other informant<br/>
the extant tripoint is no longer at the confluence<br/>
<br/>
nor do i even mention the prospective new tripoint position negotiated last <br/>
year for the reconstructed confluence since it has no effect until & unless <br/>
the french parliament gets around to saying so<br/>
<br/>
& things like that routinely get held up for years & frequently even fall <br/>
thru entirely<br/>
<br/>
ksmone for example is apparently in exactly similar legal limbo at this time<br/>
<br/>
& ctmari was once even replotted on the ground well enough to fool at least <br/>
one bp pointer tho it was never actually legally moved<br/>
<br/>
so what i am really asking you & all the other 6 gcebers if they are in <br/>
hearing range is<br/>
does anybody have any idea now where befrlu really is now<br/>
