Nielsen Border Entertainment is proud present:

BEFRLU 1:10000 map on

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BoundaryPoint/files/befrlu.jpg

Notice how the BELU border is not following the river, but forming funny pockets. Apparently is has now changed according to the former message below.

BEFRLU from the French authorites:

France-Belgium border is a very little stream, with trees along,
wich go to river "la Chiers".
The tripoint is on the border of "la Chiers" . This little river
is (for less than 1 km ) the border between France & Luxembourg.

This river has been rectfied during the 1970's (hundred meters from
the tripoint).
A treaty betwween France and Luxembourg has agreed, last year,
that the new straight course af this river will be the new border,
with an exchange between the territories of Longlaville (France)
and Pétange (Luxembourg).
This treaty has yet to be ratified by french Parliament.
