Andorra&#39;s heads of state are the bishop of Urgel (in Spain) and the<br/>
count of Foix.  The county reverted to the French crown* and now the<br/>
part of the count is played by the President of the French Republic.<br/>

*In 1572 the countess of Foix died leaving a son, Henri de Bourbon, who<br/>
in 1589 succeeded also to the throne of France.  Hm, unless one of the<br/>
kings altered the succession of Foix, the senior claimant would seem to<br/>
be the duke of Parma or one of his cousins.  It would be interesting to<br/>
see him or her press a claim in Andorra.<br/>
