<br/>
Maseru, the capital of Lesotho, is definitely very<br/>
near the border if not on it.<br/>
Jerusalem lies kind of on the border.  The problem is<br/>
many countries do not recognize Jerusalem as either<br/>
not the capital nor on the border or both.<br/>
Buenos Aires and Montevideo is like Kinshasha and<br/>
Brazzaville being on the opposite sides of border near<br/>
each other.  However, the border is Rio De la Plata<br/>
which is quite a wide estuary.<br/>
