is a fine resource for this sort of information.<br/>
There are some errors and omissions in his table, so I&#39;ve revised and <br/>
expanded his data for our 192 core countries (no doubt introducing <br/>
some errors and omissions of my own!), and uploaded an XLS summary to <br/>
the file area (called Concise Country Codes.xls) for the reference  <br/>
of anyone who&#39;s in the slightest interested.<br/>
