wow thanxx jesper for this fantastic new toy
& for the recent attachments too

electrifying all

i would still caution anyone tho
who thinks they actually see the exact tripoint
position by means of any of these tools
that the boundary depictions on them
in the case of both google earth & the topo attachment
are not merely believed to be unreliable
but have been positively recognized as being
substantially mistaken

& i believe a second false impression is being or may
be created
that
because the whole area is near or below sea level
the tripoint is therefore permanently wet or even
often wet

but even still
when i compare this best available topo to this now
greatly enhanced satpic
it appears that the tripoint is not in the lower
flatter area of the dry overflow lakebed at all
but rather in the next higher area within & or beside
that one
& in fact very near an infrequent gradient line
indicating most likely not flatness but steepness
so far as i can tell if i read & look at all this
closely

mind you i still dont actually trust any of it
but it seems to me to only further substantiate my
guess about terrain
