Mike,

It is clear that the seven marken point does not exist anymore.

My information comes from an information sign near the stone and an article in Waardeel #2-2005.
On the web there are many references to "zeven marken", "zevenlandenpunt" and "7 markenpunt" etc

I don't know of a map of the seven marken on the web.
But I do know this site that shows the borders of municipalities around 1832.
Municipalities are not the same as "marken" but it can be found that in 1832 six municipalities where connected at De Kiel.

http://www.dewoonomgeving.nl/index.cfm

click zoek, kaart, toponiem
at the bottom of the screen type "de kiel", click zoeken, toon kaart.
on the map the six municipalities are shown.
click for example on the "MP" logo to show a detailed map.
Zoom in on the point and find that there used to be a marker there ("paal").
