<div>before the unexpected but now&nbsp;impending&nbsp;arrival of the other heirs to the property</div>

<div>&amp; i may well double back there in a few days after things have settled down a bit</div>
<div>but i must now report&nbsp;the second consecutive elusive tripoint try of this short expedition</div>

<div>as i was leaving the property this morning</div>
<div>i noticed on the topo linked above </div>
<div>that&nbsp;our view across the lake out the living room window was in fact perfectly enhanced by the presence of the vermont tricounty point of chittenden &amp; franklin&nbsp;with grand isle</div>
<div>aka us2vt3chfrgr</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>&amp; indeed&nbsp;there&nbsp;she was in plain sight</div>
<div>i have since positively confirmed</div>
<div>staring my friend dan in the eye thru&nbsp;most of&nbsp;the summers of his life</div>
<div>a truly grand ancestral &amp; life tripoint</div>
<div>whether we ever do&nbsp;find&nbsp;any dry proprietary&nbsp;counterpart to it&nbsp;or not</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>what a thrill</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>&nbsp;</div>
<div>so we are not really just 0 for 2 at all</div>
<div>but we&nbsp;already have 1 resounding success&nbsp;now out of&nbsp;3 tries at this juncture</div>
<div>&amp; we can always improve on this&nbsp;last delightful point&nbsp;at leisure&nbsp;in&nbsp;the canoe</div>
<div>since i have a lifetime invite</div>

<div>so </div>
<div>feeling all my arcane efforts to date&nbsp;on this outing are already&nbsp;highly&nbsp;rewarded by this marvelous esoteric discovery in plain view</div>

<div>wondering what point to try for my next encore&nbsp;</div>
<div>in all&nbsp;this fantastic &amp; beautiful new wonderland i suddenly find myself&nbsp;able to explore</div>

<div>to at least&nbsp;follow chfr from its inception in dans window to its other end at chfrla</div>
<div>where franklin &amp; chittenden counties are&nbsp;met by la moille</div>
<div>with the latter converging in thunderbolt mode yet</div>
<div>as you can see if you&nbsp;follow chfr from the above topo swatch all the way to its other end</div>
