yes
this much is more or less obvious
& tho it doesnt answer the actual extra credit
question
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BoundaryPoint/message/18149
it is still worth extra
for which thanx

but it doesnt at all explain why the usa
at the same time
on the opposite side of the same gbus line
does not take the same opportunity
to distinguish the pr based eez from its vi based
counterpart
by stipulating a corresponding gbus2prvgvi eez
tripoint

on another tack
because all the mileages from this little aius stitch
to territories controlled by gb & us & nl & fr are so
nearly equal
perhaps it is just an oblique but poignant way of
indicating to france that a frgb median line projected
westward between anguilla & st martin would be ever so
slightly outflanked here by a gbnl median line based
on anguilla & saba
& that there is therefore no possibility of any frus
eez border at all coming in here between the gbus &
nlus
