well it is a pic of the border base area for sure
so i would agree with gbesw
or ukesw if you prefer

& tho it evidently also includes the true dry esgbw
point
aka the western extremity of the gibraltar land border
per se
it is hard to put ones finger on this exact location
owing to the various manmade constructions &
projections
both skyward & seaward from the waterfront

the large diagonally oriented white building in the
background appears to be the one visible here
http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=36.153131,-5.352960&spn=0.005371,0.007532&t=k&hl=en
which places it just below the cus of the british
customs house indicated here
http://www.lib.utexas.edu/maps/europe/gibraltar.jpg
so we are undoubtedly relaxing on the right beach

& the line of posts extending into the water is for me
delighfully reminiscent of kyohwv too

where i first clambered out onto the last piling a
short ways into the ohio river from a garbage dump
onshore
for a class c peek at this wetpoint situated roughly
at the outer end of the barge directly above me in the
first attachment

& later we returned in a canoe for a topographically
aligned class b visit in the second attachment
where the tripoint is presumably above & within &
beneath me
tho you cant see the canoe
& the barge has changed
