as there purportedly was<br/>
whether or not it remained the secret it supposedly<br/>
remained in 2003<br/>

if there really exists today any working or ratified<br/>
eelvru agreement as promised in article 4 in the new<br/>
eeru treaty<br/>
then one would certainly expect at least now in 2005<br/>
with the eeru agreement signed & the ratifications<br/>
imminent<br/>
not only that a text of this mysterious tripoint<br/>
agreement could be found among all its literary<br/>
littermates<br/>
but also that there would be some mention of its<br/>
negotiation in any official history of the overall<br/>
eeru negotiations<br/>

so the questions remain<br/>

still missing<br/>
