<div id="ygrps-yiv-997458161">Welcome.  It didn&#39;t really have a name - other than the Russian<br/>
kaserne in Niederrad. When I was stationed in Frankfurt, we were told<br/>
to not visit the place, if we got caught in the area, we could have<br/>
been court martialled.  I went there later as a civilian and took some<br/>
pictures, and caused quite a scene - but they didn&#39;t take my camera -<br/>
I still have the shots somewhere.  <br/>
