on the topo
the court house is actually directly across the street to the east of
the building labeled city hall

& its longitude is actually about 2 seconds east of the position i
have been giving & using
oops
tho this relatively slight inaccuracy doesnt alter any of the overall
findings

still could use a finer position
but the somewhat corrected position is
nlat holding steady at 39d39m35s & wlong now 75d33m50s
