<div id="ygrps-yiv-1626326507">Does anyone remember the results of the case (old!) where some guy was<br/>
chasing another guy and the guy in back shot the guy in front. The<br/>
problem was that the guy in back was in a different state than the guy<br/>
he shot. It seems like this case was in deadlock for many years because<br/>
the courts couldn&#39;t determine which state the murder took place in.<br/>

Does anyone have any information on this?<br/>

This may sound a bit pedantic, but I&#39;ve been wondering what would <br/>
happen if a killer placed the corpse on an actual border. Say it was <br/>
on a straight line border between two independent countries and it <br/>
was clear that the body was actually in two countries. <br/>
What would happen? What if there were no clues as to which side the <br/>
murderer came from?<br/>
