I don't, but I wouldn't call this an exclave/enclave.

This is on French soil. RMC used to be the "national" radio of
Monaco, but nowadays it is privatised (MCR), the majority of the
shares being owned by the French state (through TDF). The only
Monegasque thing about RMC is that it is still officially based in
Monaco, and that it gets the frequencies that the ITU allots to
Monaco.
