I believe the only instance of an enclave in an
enclave in an enclave is in Cooch-Behar. Eef has a
complete set of maps on his site at

I see 7 NL enclaves in BE enclaves in NL. These are
N1 through N6 inside of H1, and N7 inside of H8 (with
H1 and H8 in NL mainland). So 7 times we have
NL->BE->NL but no BE inside of these.
