Very interesting map sites, Arif.
Confronted the Atchlin map from Liechtestein site
previously posted here with the austria and switzerland
ones, we can see that the delimitation of the tripoint is
exactly the same. So I think the tripoint may be a
landpoint when the river is not too mighty. In my opinion,
three maps from three different countries can't be wrong. I
hope the next expedition will clarify the exact tripoint.
By the way, the spanish maps are very poor. You can get
very nice ortophotos from Llívia here:

( click the left animated photos, then type Llívia and
select Llívia/cap de municipi/Cerdanya ).
