river that flows in Lake Champlain. Actualy it&#39;s the very last <br/>
monument in Vermont before getting in New York accross the river.<br/>

Now your other question about the Tomifobia river. This river is not <br/>
the border line. It flows near the border between Rock Island and <br/>
Bebee Plain Quebec and it sometimes flows in Vermont.<br/>
