i was imagining completely open borders would be the rule <br/>
between & among all 25 of these member states <br/>
by this coming may<br/>
so that one might circulate among them all completely unsniffed <br/>
by dogs etc & even completely unprofiled by humans<br/>

like crossing state lines in the usa<br/>

but evidently not quite <br/>
