to present the five and six way road traffic circles<br/>
in DC, the Chevy Chase Circle and Westmoreland Circle.<br/>
 The roads don&#39;t meet exactly, but they all meet in<br/>
the circle AND they are both on the MD-DC boundary.<br/>
