under an unseen circular pavilion roof<br/>

what you can see are a couple of this structures perhaps 12 or 16 supporting <br/>
posts<br/>
& a tripoint position well confused by the peculiar design of this federal <br/>
construction<br/>
one of only 2 known federally designed & executed multipoint shrines in the <br/>
usa<br/>

jacks visit here in 1991 may have been before the enclosure was erected<br/>
since he describes it as a parklike setting<br/>
