Surely the classic second-division divided island must be St Martin/Sint <br/>
Maarten? St Martin is part of the French Overseas Department of Guadeloupe, <br/>
whilst Sint Maarten is part of the Netherlands Antilles, itself a <br/>
constituent part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.<br/>
