Chris,

the peneenclave is on the other side: the town of Ós de Civís is only
accessible by Andorra. Well, there is a forestal road, but it takes
near two hours to reach a good spanish road, and only accessible in
summer months. It was previously posted here, but I've attached a map
captured from www.icc.es.

I've also attached a map of the land changes between france and
andorra that was posted here before, too. The french farmers are angry
because the bridge after the tunnel divides their terrains.
