the peneenclave is on the other side: the town of Ós de Civís is only <br/>
accessible by Andorra. Well, there is a forestal road, but it takes <br/>
near two hours to reach a good spanish road, and only accessible in <br/>
summer months. It was previously posted here, but I&#39;ve attached a map <br/>
captured from www.icc.es. <br/>

 I&#39;ve also attached a map of the land changes between france and <br/>
