The exchange of notes have been taking part recently, and the yesterday<br/>
signing ended the process of making a border between Lithuania and Russia<br/>
legal, even if it still does not exist. Now the border commission&#39;s work can<br/>
begin. Most of the border is waterways, so most changes will certainly be<br/>
made around Vistytis.<br/>
