Caldera. That&#39;s not erupting right now, but it did erupt several <br/>
times in the 20th century. I&#39;m not sure if the actual spot of the <br/>
tripoint was molten recently, though.<br/>

And the districts in Hawai&#39;i are pretty low-level divisions... they <br/>
may just be administrative districts for Hawaii County; I don&#39;t think <br/>
they even have their own district-level governments.<br/>
