The tripoint of the Hamakua, Ka'u, and North Kona districts on the
island of Hawai'i is at the summit of Mauna Loa, in the Moku'aweoweo
Caldera. That's not erupting right now, but it did erupt several
times in the 20th century. I'm not sure if the actual spot of the
tripoint was molten recently, though.

And the districts in Hawai'i are pretty low-level divisions... they
may just be administrative districts for Hawaii County; I don't think
they even have their own district-level governments.
