maybe it did in 1925 but i didnt notice any condo there in 1967
& none is indicated on the latest cia & national geographic maps
but only a clean international border running right thru the lake
nor does the following reliable source hedge about it at all

the bolivia peru ibs number is conspicuously missing tho
& such an omission sometimes means the situation is unclear
