An excellent zoomable historic Railroad Map of Mexico, as published in 1916 by the United States government, is made available on-line by the University of North Texas Libraries.

There are detailed maps of Mexico on-line at Maps of Mexico. Each of the 31 states and the Distrito Federal is divided into 16 sections, and each section is one web page. Railways are shown.

A variety of government maps are available at Instituto Nacional de Estadística, Geografía e Informática.
