From time to time, commercial messages <br/>
(&quot;spam&quot;) are posted to BP by new or <br/>
prospective members.  The current <br/>
policy (unilaterally set by the <br/>
undersigned) is to remove such messages <br/>
as well as ban spammers from BP <br/>
membership.  As BP is intended to be as <br/>
open as possible to its members, the <br/>
following questions are submitted for <br/>
consideration through the end of this <br/>
month:(1) Should commercial messages be <br/>
allowed?  (2) Should subsequent <br/>
membership applications be subject to <br/>
review? (3) Should <br/>
unauthorized &quot;spammers&quot; be permanently <br/>
banned from joining BoundaryPoint? <br/>
