Acc. to the site, the source is the Berliner Mauer Archiv, and one
Hagen Koch. He is one of the two writers of the book Die Berliner
Mauer (also mentioned on the site and very interesting), which I
bought when I was in Berlin. A map fragment is in this book, too (the
Potsdamer Pl./Reichstag one). Maybe one day he is going to put it all
online. It is listed ("Topographische Karten der Grenzgebiete") on
his website: http://www.berliner-
mauer.de/hist_de/hagen_koch/index.htm . But I suspect it is public
domain and can be obtained at other places, too.

I too would love to see the whole map!
