dear david & emil

165 thanxx & more for this whole enormous contribution & advance

i am sincerely staggered by it

with very best wishes
m

about the quadripoint details for bwnazmzw
bw botswana
na namibia
zm zambia
zw zimbabwe

i am pretty sure the data in ian brownlies 5 theses of bwnazmzw in 1979
http://www.angelfire.com/md2olystate2/index.html
force
either
bwnazmzw itself the quadripoint
or
any of 4 different probabilities of bwnazm plus bwzmzw the close tripoints
& precludes the remaining possibility of bwnazw plus nazmzw

& almost as sure that the matter remains in precisely that ambiguous
condition despite a recent icj ruling in the neighborhood

& for the other possible quadri in lake chad
also pretty sure brownlie also indicates 2 fully negotiated tripoints
rather than a quadri specifically
cameroon chad nigeria
plus
chad niger nigeria
