Off the top of my head:
the Vennbahn can be measured off the scans I posted. One of the maps has a
scale on it.
As for small enclaves, in India, the smallest is Green 38 on the Banerjee
map, 0.26acres =0.1052ha = 1052sq metres (like a square 32 m on each side).
The smallest in Baarle is H7, 0.2469ha, over twice as big.

I will have to measure the tiny 3rd Vennbahn enclave, and the Cyrpus ones.
The only one smaller MIGHT be that inside Mdha enclave, but we have no data.

Further, in the Indian lists, some clusters of enclaves being the same
village, have only one area listed for all of them, a parent and several
fragments. Some of those fragments may well be smaller than 0.1052ha. But we
have no data and no maps to measure them accurately on.
Thus it is an unanswerable question given that 80% of the world's enclaves
ar in India.

I will make some measurements.
