Personally I only find the points interesting if there are three or more
regions or partitions AT THE SAME LEVEL in the political hierarchy come
together. So, I don't find the 2-states-at-the-3-mile-limit points of any
interesting. (I actually find the 2-states-and-the-ocean a little more
interesting, and they are visitable [half dry], but they are not on my
"things to do" list.) So, the tri-country points are very interesting.

PS: In the spirit of NAFTA, if you want to inventory the
2-state-1-province and 1-state-2-province points along the Canadian
border, you should also include the tri-state points along the Mexican
border, I guess there are 9 of those...
