Aha. In that case, it could be the boundary London/Tower Hamlets.

Nice you mention all these metro things. I'm a big fan of these. I
just wrote an article on the metro-2 in Moscow, which is the secret
metro system in that city...

A bit off limit for BP too, I'm afraid.
