Some days ago I sent to Peter Hering by post an exact Estonian map <br/>
consisting of those absurd places like Dubki, Sesniki etc. I hope he <br/>
will scan it.<br/>
Since about 1995 the former prime minister of Estonia Andres Tarand <br/>
made a proposition to solve the border dispute between Russia. By now <br/>
almost all political parties in Estonia have agreed with that kind of <br/>
compromise (only small group of radicals and estonian ethnic group in <br/>
the south-east and Pechory &quot;setu&#39;s&quot; are against it). But this is a <br/>
very strange situation - Russia, although it receive the territories, <br/>
do not want to ratify the border contract because Estonia injures <br/>
russians human rights in Estonia!!!???<br/>
