&quot;Boundary-Making: A Handbook for Statesmen, Treaty Editors and Boundary<br/>
Commissioners&quot; has been reprinted by WS Hein (<a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.wshein.com/)">http://www.wshein.com/)</a> and<br/>
can be purchased for US$42.50. Despite its age, I would say it is still far<br/>
and away the best available analysis of practical issues associated with<br/>
boundary delimitation, demarcation and management.<br/>
