When I supplied the Indian Reservation web page, I
never meant it to be the final authority on the
reservations, but more as a counterpoint to Delorme
and Topozone maps I have seen. They do miss a number
of reservations whose existence I know from an atlas
on American Indians. The only web atlas that shows
all the reservations is this site. However, I would
think a site that actually shows all the reservations
would be closer to the truth on reservation borders
than maps that doesn't. I am not sure how we could go
to the exact truth in the cases of the crosses.
Peter, thank you for the maps. I wish I could do the
screen dump, but I don't think I can. It almost makes
me wish to go back to college where I was able to do
so in the lab computers.
