Perejil was shown as Spanish territories in the two
atlases I have from the 1950s. That is not the case
now, even in a spanish encyclopedia atlas I have seen.
A 1999 Northern Africa yearbook does mention the
island as disputed, though it does not mention who it
was occupied by. So, in the case of Perejil, consider
me lost.
Tierra and Mar are tiny islands near Alhucemas, as far
as most encyclopedias suggest. I have serious doubts
as to the accuracy of the map from the link you gave.
The islands suggested as Tierra and Mar shown on the
map is a little too far and sizable as to what I
seemed to have read in the encyclopedia. I don't have
the encyclopedia nor can I find the Moroccan map of
Alhucemas city which identifies the islands with a
different name I do have. However, the fact that I
have yet to see a map among the four I have seen with
the boundary that shows those two islands as part of
Spain. I am sending an altered copy of the map with
what I believe are the correct islands, even though I
am not even hundred percent sure what my circles
surround are islands or numbers suggesting depth.
There is also a picture of Penon de Velez de la Gomera
where I just sketched a boundary. I am not sure of
the exact location of the boundary, but it goes across
the small sandy area as I have drawn. By looking at
the helicopter, you can see how small the land
boundary is.
