are not mentioned by gideon<br/>
but gideon is frequently very simplistic & sketchy about his particulars<br/>
  as you can see by comparing his tp details to those i lifted from brownlie<br/>
    just as an example<br/>
& gideons info could also be older than gartners & barrys too<br/>

so i think we have to allow for the possibility that either point of view<br/>
may yet prove to be the present legal truth here<br/>

& since it appears that nothing of great consequence hinges on how we<br/>
exactly parse these words<br/>
i would like to propose that we all are in fact & in truth correct in our<br/>
several perhaps mutually conflicting beliefs<br/>
<br/>
& we could also then laugh together at common usage of these words for<br/>
being so self contradictory<br/>
<br/>
& if so<br/>
then my idea of creating a complete typology so as to comprehend & embrace<br/>
all the various & particular types is probably not really necessary after<br/>
all<br/>
