Just because I supported Bush did not mean I did not
actually hoped for a Bush-Lieberman presidency. That
would have rocked. Still, I am happy that the supreme
court stopped Gore's velvet coup. What a mess by the
court though, especially O'Connor and Kennedy.

I got the information on Victoria-Tasmania border on a
website, which I forgot to mention earlier, but since
updated. They do mention a Tasmania-Victoria maritime
border, but no tripoints. Due to the shape of
Australian provinces, only one maritime tripoint is
possible; Tas-Vic-SA one. But I don't think it
exists. Brendan should know more about it, being an
Australian. He also noticed the web page before me,
even though I did arrive at the page independently.

I update my curiosities page every friday. If I do it
before or after that point, I will mention it.

By the way, Brendan sent me a map of NJ-NY border on
Ellis Island. It seems to show the boundary at the
coastline of the earliest incarnation of the island.
Which is odd, as the boundary that forms is highly
irregular and jagged. The NY portion is completely
enclaved by NJ land. I thought they would choose the
border at the coastline of the first landfill, which
would also possibly create an enclaved NY portion.
