The Black Mesa & Lake Powell Railroad, a power plant line on the Navajo Indian Reservation in northeastern Arizona, has purchased eight of the ex-NdeM E60C electric locomotives. Number EA038 was the first such locomotive to be put into service on the BM&LP. It is seen here at milepost 52 on its first trip between the power plant at Page and a mine near Kayenta on October 26, 2000.
