so far as has been reported here to date
ruua was originally & apparently still is nothing but a line drawn
on old & inadequate maps
except perhaps for a rare outbreak of precision on the ground
such as occurs at byruua
& nowhere else yet confirmed

so when the ruua boundary is alleged or sought on the ground
generally
if indeed it can be found there at all with any confidence
it is naturally subject to all manner of guesswork at best
& thus all manner of absurdities
both actually encountered & merely imagined

so it remains a question
in my mind at least
whether all or any of the supposed anomalies really do occur
there
since i dont yet see precisely how they could have occurred
under the very loose circumstances so far reported

nor do i see yet how any of these supposed situations could
have involved rye or building permits or design of any kind

more likely vodka & miscomprehension & happenchance
if any chance
